Privacy Policy

Who we are
Silversmith OS is a product of Flow Connect Technologies LLC, based in Reno, Nevada. It gives working silversmiths a render engine trained on their own work, and gives their customers a public page to design a piece and see it rendered. This policy covers both sides: smiths with accounts, and buyers using a smith's public page.
What we collect from smiths
When you sign up we collect your name and email through our sign-in provider, the reference photos you upload to train your model, the renders your model produces, and your shop details (brand name, phone, Instagram handle). Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
What we collect from buyers
When you design a piece on a shop's public page we collect what you build and the renders it produces. If you choose to leave your contact information, we collect your name, email, and phone number. We also log IP addresses for rate limiting and use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. You don't need an account.
Where buyer information goes
Contact information you leave on a shop's page goes to that silversmith, together with the renders you made, so they can follow up about your piece. It is not shared with other shops, not sold, and not used for anything beyond that follow-up and running the service.
Your photos stay yours
A smith's reference photos train that smith's model and nobody else's. We do not sell or share your reference photos or your renders, and we do not use your work to build models for other accounts.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to operate: hosting and image storage (Vercel), authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), AI rendering (which processes reference photos and piece descriptions to produce renders), transactional email, and bot protection (Cloudflare). Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and we share only what the service needs to function.
Email and text messages
If you leave contact information, you agree the silversmith whose page you used may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, or text message. Message frequency varies with your inquiry, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, get help by replying HELP, and opt out of email by replying or telling us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Smiths receive service emails about their account and leads.
Mobile information is never sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only for the conversations described above, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How long we keep it
Smith accounts, reference photos, renders, and leads are kept while the smith's account is active so the service works. When an account closes, or when you ask us to delete your information, we delete it unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has left us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time, and we will, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Smiths can also ask us to delete their reference photos and trained model.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
