Who we are
Silversmith OS is a product of Flow Connect Technologies LLC, based in Reno, Nevada. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of this site and the public shop pages it hosts.
What the service is
Silversmith OS produces AI-generated preview renders in a silversmith's style, trained on that smith's own portfolio. A render is a preview, not a photograph of a finished piece. Finished pieces are made by hand, by the smith, and the real thing can differ from the render. Any price shown on a public page is an estimate; final pricing, sizing, and details are agreed directly between you and the smith.
Buyers on a shop's public page
You don't need an account to design a piece. Free previews are limited, and continuing past them asks for your contact information, which goes to that smith as described in the Privacy Policy. If you go on to commission a piece, that purchase is between you and the silversmith — Silversmith OS is not a party to it and is not responsible for the piece, its delivery, or its price.
Smith accounts and subscriptions
A Silversmith OS subscription is billed through Stripe at the pricing shown on the pricing page: a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription, with the first month covered by the setup fee. You can cancel future renewals at any time by telling us; cancellation stops renewals and does not erase amounts already billed. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your photos and your renders
You must own the rights to the photos you upload — upload your own work, not someone else's. Your reference photos remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and process them to train and run your model, and nothing more. Renders produced for your account are yours to use in your marketing and sales.
Text messaging
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive text messages about your inquiry from the silversmith whose page you used, and service messages related to your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the service, work around rate limits or the bot check, upload content you don't have rights to, or use the service for anything unlawful. Public pages are for designing real pieces with real shops.
No warranties, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Connect Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability connected to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute over them belongs in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
